Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (including all underwear, thongs, and panties) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yelemon0211@icloud.com , including your order number and photos of the item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Unopened Items
If the item is unopened and in its original, unused condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed.
